According to Google, thousands - if not millions are in search of answers and solutions to their bloated ABDOMINAL REGION. Most, typed into the search engines all day or night in search of kinds of diets or foods, exercises and fastest ways to have that flat abs they desired..so they can show it off.

You want to have a flatten, tighten and sculpt abs like that of your favorite celebrity -- so you can show it off, which i believe you can have it, then follow these steps:

I do advise those who want a good flat abs to stay off GLUTEN -- it will only help you to gain fat around the stomach. Go for gluten free diets such as, whole grains, carbohydrates (complex), lean protein, fruits, and veggies -- these are better for more nutrients!.
- Watch What You Drink
"What you drink goes and stays in the stomach first"
The quote above is just one thing i believe in (personally), you don't have to believe it with me...but am very sure of this -- taking alcoholic, carbonated and sugary drinks will make it difficult for you have that flat stomach you desire (i want you to believe this). I strictly advise you to stay off those sugary, carbonated and alcoholic beverages if you want to build muscle mass around your stomach region.
NOTE: Most LOW OR ZERO SUGAR DRINKS are filled with sweeteners...DON'T BE FOOLED!

Having this false impression that the best way to have a flat abs is to do thousands of crunches every week -- is very dangerous to the body. If you are considering or aiming to loose fat in any areas of your body, EXERCISE YOUR WHOLE BODY!.

This is one of my sayings, but the fact is -- a poor posture affects the whole body structure. This is even a simple method to look leaner and have flatter stomach without any abdominal exercise...so stand up straight!
Yes, i know you want to have your desire abs quickly BUT my biggest and best advise for you is this -- i don't want you to experience roadblock, utter frustration or setback.
- You need to take it slowly -- rushing this up will only give you a temporary result...with consistency and time you'll have that abs.
- You can't have the exact flat abs like your favorite celebrity BUT giving up too soon is a bad idea...be realistic with your goal and keep it up, you can have a better flat abs.
- You don't need any special or fancy gym and wears (sneakers,clothes etc.) to get your flat abs...start with what you have.
